John Harrison, Colin McCreath, Betty McGregor, John Broadhurst, and  Dave Rothery agreed to be on the Committee for another year, and Paul Moore joined the Committee for the first time.

              

It was proposed and agreed that the committee is allowed the discretion to spend up to £1000 on charitable donations during 2009.
