BM&SC AGM

Only nine people turned up for the AGM at Gleaston village Hall on 23rd October.

Proposals to subsidise meets with overnight stays and new rules defining the responsibilities of the cottage trustees were voted on and agreed unanimously.

Officers reported improved attendance at meets, a healthy financial situation, more improvements to the cottage, a steady stream of cottage bookings and five new members.

Secretary - Dave Kyles

Treasure - Steve Nelson

Membership - Jim Roskell

Cottage Bookings - Des Slavin

Cottage Wardens - Ian Currie

Committee - John Harrison, Betty McGregor and Paul Moore.

Meets secretary, BMC Rep and two committee places remain vacant.

 

It would be nice to see more people at the next AGM in 2010.
