The Crianlarich pubs were visited on the Saturday evening, Margaret making a surprise guest singing appearance with the local folk band.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The weather was less promising on Sunday. Rosemarie and I started off towards Beinn Dubhchraig and Ben Oss, but that knee got worse and we had to turn back. John and Margaret went sightseeing in Oban, while Roger ascended Ben More direct from the cottage. With the weather worsening, we all headed for home that afternoon.

 

My Dad did always say that the worse thing about living in Crianlarich was the weather!
